Dr. Wendy Woods & the baby deer
The baby deer was brought to us after she was intangled in barb wire and then attacked by three dogs. She was immediately treated for shock. She had numerous lacerations. She was placed on iv fluids and iv antibiotics and she fed via nasogastric tube until she was strong enough to eat on her own. As soon as she has completely recovered from her wounds she will be rehabilatated until she is mature enough to survive on her own. At which time she will be released into a protected wildlife area.

Dr. Wallace & the Whipperwhill
The Whipperwhill was brought in by a customer who thought that it had been attacked by a dog or cat. It is being treated with antibiotics & steroids for shock. After examination there was no outside trauma but he still is unable to fly. The reason is still unknown but we will continue to treat and nurse him along. We will give him every opportunity to recover.
